Galvanised railing – simple and modern
A galvanised balcony railing is a stylish and functional solution for making your balcony or entrance area safe and attractive. The galvanised surface provides lasting protection against corrosion, is weather-resistant and virtually maintenance-free – ideal for discerning homeowners.
With the ELEO configurator, you can customise your balcony railing: choose the shape, model, finials, handrail and, optionally, a colour coating. Whether modern, classic or romantic – you will receive a custom-made product that perfectly matches your home.
Permanently secure: Galvanised railings made of sturdy metal
A galvanised balcony railing provides reliable protection against falls and offers a secure hold – whether on the balcony, stairways or terrace. Particularly important here is a stable construction made of high-quality metal.
At ELEO, all balcony railings are hot-dip galvanised using the piece goods process. Each element is completely immersed in liquid zinc at around 450°C – including edges and cavities. The result is a robust zinc coating that bonds permanently with the metal and protects your railing against corrosion – without any maintenance and with optimum weather resistance. ELEO balcony railings not only offer you safety and durability – you also have a choice of three high-quality surface finishes:
Uncoated – For lovers of the natural look. Over time, the metal develops a characteristic patina. This untreated surface is particularly popular with rustic architectural styles or as a deliberate contrast to modern façades.
Hot-dip galvanised – The tried-and-tested classic for maximum resistance: Immersion in 450°C hot zinc creates a continuous protective layer that is firmly bonded to the metal – even in cavities and on edges.
Powder-coated using the duplex process – for the highest standards of aesthetics and durability. In this two-stage process, the railing is first cathodically dip-coated (KTL) and then coated with a high-quality powder coating. The result: extremely robust, scratch-resistant corrosion protection in DB 703 or your desired colour.

Balcony railings – individually and easily configured
With the ELEO configurator, you can put together your own balcony railing – galvanised or with a different finish – step by step. You will receive a custom-made kit that many of our customers can easily assemble themselves.
If required, we will be happy to refer you to a suitable installation partner. Our team is also available to assist you personally – including a free virtual measurement service provided by our experienced consultants.
This is how the configuration works:
- Select a model – simple, modern or decorative.
- Design the handrail and finials as desired.
- Select a coating option: galvanised, powder-coated or uncoated.
- Select a post type: for setting in concrete or screwing on.
- Enter the dimensions or upload a sketch.
- Submit your enquiry.
- Receive a personalised quote within a few days.
