Unlike privacy screens made of wood or plastic, for example, metal scores highly in terms of stability and weather resistance. Wind and weather cannot damage metal privacy screens. Even after years of use, your metal privacy screen will remain attractive without requiring much maintenance.
How do I maintain a metal privacy fence?
A metal privacy fence requires little care or maintenance. The high-quality powder coating applied using the duplex process provides additional protection against corrosion. If necessary, you can clean your privacy fence with a mild cleaning agent. A privacy fence made of Corten steel should be sealed with clear varnish. This will counteract any discolouration on the surface.
How is the metal privacy fence attached?
Your privacy fence is secured to the ground using posts. Depending on your structural conditions, you can choose between posts that can be screwed on or set in concrete. If you have existing foundations, such as concrete or stone floors, we recommend installing posts that can be screwed on. The posts can also be set in concrete: these are slightly longer so that they can be anchored deep in the ground.
