How does an order from ELEO work?

1. Choose a base model

   Select a base model of our fences, gates, garden gates, or railings in our online configurator.

2. Customize your look and finish

   Customize the shape and tip/finial of the base model to your personal taste. Enhance your favorites by choosing a desired finish.

3. Specify dimensions

   Please provide us with the desired dimensions and the number of required elements for your fence, gate, or railing system.

4. Request a quote

   In the final step, send us your non-binding inquiry. Providing your contact information will help us clarify any questions. If possible, please attach a sketch or pictures that describe your structural situation in more detail.

   After reviewing your inquiry, you will receive your non-binding quote within a few days.

How is your order processed?

1. Confirm offer

   Are you satisfied with your non-binding offer? To proceed to the next step, please simply confirm your order via email.

2. Receive order confirmation

   In the next step, you will receive an order confirmation from us. This contains all payment information. You have the choice: either pay a deposit of 50% of the order value via bank transfer or PayPal, or pay the entire amount upfront and benefit from a 2% discount.

3. Review the technical drawing

   We will work with you to review the technical drawing for your specific order.

4. Your order is being processed.

   Your order will then be handcrafted to your specifications. We will notify you as soon as your order is complete.

5. Arrange a delivery date

   We will arrange a convenient delivery date with you and ship your product securely via a freight carrier. If you have chosen the 50% down payment, the remaining payment is due upon delivery, either by debit card or in cash to the freight carrier.
