Layout and Product Planning
At ELEO, you are our focus. Each inquiry is individually reviewed by a customer advisor, and a quote is prepared based on your needs. This often involves follow-up questions to provide you with a suitable quote that is 100% tailored to your structural situation.
We are also available to assist you with professional installation. This service is part of our customer-oriented consulting.
Measurement Service
In order to manufacture products that fit your needs, we require precise information about your route. Provided you provide us with this information correctly via our online configurator, we will calculate the number of elements and posts required. You will find this information in your customized quote.
For structurally challenging situations, it’s worth leaving the measurements to us. For a small additional charge, we offer measurement services in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Note on the Measurement Service:
Due to the time and effort involved, we will initially invoice you for the measurement. If you place an order with us, the costs incurred will be deducted from your account.
Contacting Installation Partners
Can’t find a specialist company to install our products? Thanks to our long-standing collaboration with various specialist companies, we’ve built an excellent network of tradespeople. We’d be happy to put you in touch with an installation company from our network.
It’s important to have our products installed professionally to avoid future complaints. Most customers install our products themselves. Take a look at our knowledge section, where you’ll find information on professional installation.
Customized delivery date
You will receive your custom handmade model delivered directly to your home in just a few weeks. Production of your item takes between 12 and 16 weeks – approximately 6 to 8 weeks with optional express production. As soon as your item is ready for shipment, our warehouse logistics team will contact you immediately to arrange a binding delivery date.
