The production time depends on the seasonal order volume and will be communicated to you as part of your non-binding offer. Currently, we can deliver orders within 12 - 16 weeks – with optional express production 6 - 8 weeks.

What payment options do you offer?

After order confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the order value is to be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. The remaining balance will be paid upon delivery by debit card or in cash to the courier.

How do I install your products correctly?

Depending on your level of experience, self-installation is possible – however, we cannot offer any warranty for potential damages (e.g. material fatigue) caused by installation errors.
